What Are TB-500 and TB-4?

BPC-157 isn’t the only peptide being studied.

Thymosin beta-4, or TB-4, is a naturally occurring peptide involved in how cells move and respond after an injury. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to TB-4.

Researchers have studied both for their possible roles in tissue recovery. But human orthopedic research is lacking, so we don’t yet know if the results seen in laboratory and animal studies will also apply to people.

When Might Peptide Therapy for Joint Pain Be Considered?
